3、工程質量目標
（1）消除不合格工程，杜絕質量隱患；
（2）分項工程合格率100%，優良率達到90%以上；
（3）分部工程質量合格率100%，優良率達85%以上；
（4）單位工程竣工一次交驗合格，觀感得分率90%以上；
（5）結構確保長城杯，爭創竣工魯班獎。
4、施工組織
4.1施工組織系統
該工程采用項目負責制，為確保合同規定工程質量，公司經研究決定，由公司副總經理×××掛帥，并在公司內抽出業務水平、管理水平高、具有豐富施工經驗的精干管理人員組成××大廈項目經理部承擔工任務。

4.2 職能分工及職責
4.2.1 項目部經理崗位職責
（1）對所承擔的項目工程質量全面負責，組織貫徹國家和上級關于質量工作的方針政策、法規的落實。
（2）決定項目年度質量目標質量實施計劃，主持質量工作會議，明確項目管理，執行驗證等人員職責和權限。
（3）組織人力物力，資源活動，分析質量情況，采取收正措施和預防措施。
（4）負責本項目部接受質量體系審核的準備工作，參加管理評定。
4.2.2項目部生產副經理崗位職責
