1.工程概況
本工程結構使用的鋼筋有HPB235、PRB400兩種規格鋼筋。
鋼筋工程是結構工程質量保證中的重要一環，施工過程中要把住材質、鋼筋翻樣及下料、焊接、機械連接、綁扎、錨固、搭接、保護層厚度的質量關和成品保護關，確保鋼筋工程的質量。
2.施工準備
（1）做好鋼筋施工的技術交底和鋼筋翻樣下料工作。
（2）根據施工進度計劃組織鋼筋進場，并要求鋼材供應商隨車提供鋼材出廠合格證及數量。
（3）鋼筋加工必須在規定的范圍內進行，焊接人員必須經持證上崗。
（4）做好機械連接及焊接鋼筋接頭的試驗工作，對于機械連接及焊接連接方式須經試驗合格后方可在工程中投入使用。
3.鋼筋材質的檢驗、堆放
（1）材質

3. Reinforced materials testing, stacking
(1) Material

進場鋼筋應兩證一單齊全，鋼筋上的標牌爐號應與材質報告單相符，鋼筋表面或每捆（盤）鋼筋均應有標識，鋼筋表面不得有裂紋、折痕等現象。
力學性能試驗：按現行國家標準的規定，由監理單位現場監督抽取試樣作力學性能的試驗，合格后方可使用。根據設計要求，縱向受力鋼筋檢驗所得的強度實測值應符合下列要求：鋼筋抗拉強度實測值與鋼筋屈服強度實測值的比值不應小于1.25，鋼筋的屈服強度實測值與鋼筋的強度標準值的比值不應大于1.3，如實測結果超出以上范圍則其超出率不應大于5%。
進場復試：鋼筋復試批量：每批由同一牌號、同一爐罐號、同一規格和同一交貨狀態的鋼筋不大于60噸為一批次。
化學性能的復試：鋼筋加工過程中，如發現脆斷、焊接性能不良或力學
