1.工程概況
第29屆奧運會青島國際帆船中心陸域建筑Ⅱ標(biāo)段奧運村工程位于燕兒島路1號，本工程裙房四層（局部一層），裙房以上托兩個17層高層建筑和兩個7層多層建筑共四個單體工程，地上一層層高6米，二層層高5米，三層及以上層高3.5m，地上建筑面積58921m2，含二層地下室總建筑面積為89296m2，兩個17層建筑總高度為77.116米，兩個7層建筑總高度為30.9米。
2.外腳手架搭設(shè)方案選擇
根據(jù)本工程的特點，主要考慮在主體施工期間及裝修階段的安全防護，保證工程順利進(jìn)行，設(shè)計使用外腳手架的施工搭設(shè)方案：
裙房四周及主樓無裙房的部位采用落地式雙排扣件式鋼管腳手架搭設(shè)方案，兩個17層高層施工過程中設(shè)兩道懸挑外腳手架，分別從主樓6層頂和13層頂開始設(shè)置，兩個7層建筑采用落地式雙排腳手架。腳手架均為全封閉封圈形，以密目安全網(wǎng)在腳手架外排內(nèi)側(cè)封閉。腳手架內(nèi)側(cè)立桿離外墻面≤350㎜，立桿橫向間距900㎜，縱向間距1800㎜，大橫桿步距1800㎜，操作層1. Project Overview

2. External Scaffolding Selection
