1.工程概況
本工程結構使用的鋼筋有HPB235、PRB400兩種規格鋼筋。
鋼筋工程是結構工程質量保證中的重要一環，施工過程中要把住材質、鋼筋翻樣及下料、焊接、機械連接、綁扎、錨固、搭接、保護層厚度的質量關和成品保護關，確保鋼筋工程的質量。
2.施工準備
（1）做好鋼筋施工的技術交底和鋼筋翻樣下料工作。
（2）根據施工進度計劃組織鋼筋進場，并要求鋼材供應商隨車提供鋼材出廠合格證及數量。
（3）鋼筋加工必須在規定的范圍內進行，焊接人員必須經持證上崗。
（4）做好機械連接及焊接鋼筋接頭的試驗工作，對于機械連接及焊接連接方式須經試驗合格后方可在工程中投入使用。
3.鋼筋材質的檢驗、堆放
（1）材質
進場鋼筋應兩證一單齊全，鋼筋上的標牌爐號應與材質報告單相符，鋼
