大體積砼施工質量監理實施細則.doc

一、質量標準：
（一） 依據標準：
《混凝土結構工程施工及驗收規范》(GB50204-92)
《混凝土強度檢驗評定標準》(BGJ107-87)
《混凝土泵送施工技術規程》(JGJ/T10-95)
（二）基本要求：
1、混凝土所用的水泥、水、骨料、外加劑等必須符合施工規范各有關的規定。
2、混凝土的配合比、原材料計量、攪拌、養護和施工縫處理必須符合施工規范的規定。
3、砼試塊的取樣、制作、養護和試驗必須符合規范要求，其強度必須達到規范標準。
4、對設計不允許有裂縫的結構，嚴禁出現裂縫，設計允許出現裂縫的結構其裂縫寬度不大于2MM。
5、砼應振搗密實，蜂窩面積、孔洞面積、漏筋長度及施工縫處夾渣層長度必須符合下表規定：

(B) Basic requirements:
1, the cement used in concrete, water, aggregate, admixtures and other construction specifications must meet the relevant requirements.
2, concrete mix, raw materials, measuring, mixing, handling maintenance and construction joints must comply with construction norms.
3, concrete test block sampling, production, maintenance and testing must meet the regulatory requirements, its strength must meet the standard.
4, the design does not allow the structure of cracks, is strictly prohibited cracks, cracks in the structure designed to allow the crack width is not more than 2MM.
5, concrete should be vibrated dense, cellular area, pore size, the length of leakage and construction joints reinforced slag layer length must meet the following requirements:
