本細則僅適用于房建中一般磚混結構和框架結構測量工程以及工業廠房中土建部分的測量工程。
一般工業與民用建筑的測量內容主要包括：建筑物的定位、軸線放樣、標高復核、建筑物總高測量、建筑物的垂直度測量、建筑物沉降觀測。
一、測量前準備
⒈測量前應對擬采用的測量儀器（水準儀、紅外線測量儀等）進行校正和定期精度認定，以減少儀器的測量誤差。
⒉校核測量配套工具，如標尺刻線、丈量長度所用圈尺的精度。
⒊準備好不同測量內容所用的測量記錄表。
⒋檢查判明測量用的原始點是否已破壞。
⒌測量前應確定測量方案，由于測量方案關系到測量精度，因此，測量方案應由技術負責人審核確認，其次，測量人員應有職責分工。
二、工程測量
⒈建筑物的定位測量
⑴建筑物定位測量前，應由建設項目法人提供規劃測量位測量并確認的建筑物角標的坐標，（包括書面通知和現場坐標移交）角標一般為三點以上，其中兩點作為定位測量用，其余點作為校核用。
⑵所提供的角標施工單位應妥善保護，當角標位于建內或施工過程可能會破壞時，應在單體定位后，引至安全地方固定好。
⑶建筑物定位測量時，以所提供的兩個角標進行測量定位，然后利用其余角標反向測量校核；屬角標有誤時，應及時通知現場專業監理工程師和項目法人代

1, measured preparation
⒈ measure should be adopted before the measurement equipment (Level, infrared measuring instrument, etc.) and periodic calibration precision found to reduce the instrument's measurement error.

2, Engineering Survey
⒈ Positioning Survey of the building
⑴ building position measurement before the construction project should provide a planning measure corporate level measurement and confirmed the subject of a building corner coordinates (including coordinates of a written notice and on-site transfer) angle for the three points above the general standard, in which two points as the positioning measurement, with the remaining points as check.

⑶ building orientation measurement in order to provide standard two angle measuring position, and then the rest of SUBSCRIPT reverse measurement check; an angle marked wrong, it should promptly notify the site professional engineer and project supervision on behalf of legal persons
