一、 施工準(zhǔn)備階段監(jiān)理控制要點(diǎn)
1、施工單位必須具備相應(yīng)專業(yè)資質(zhì)，并應(yīng)建立完善的質(zhì)量管理體系和質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)制度。監(jiān)理尚應(yīng)審核專職管理人員、特種作業(yè)人員資格證、上崗證。
2、審核承包單位報(bào)送的開(kāi)工報(bào)審表、施工方案和施工組織設(shè)計(jì)報(bào)審表。
3、審核承包單位報(bào)送的施工測(cè)量成果及施工測(cè)量成果報(bào)驗(yàn)表。復(fù)查樁位、控制標(biāo)高等，樁位允許偏差，群樁20mm，單樁10mm。
4、審核承包單位報(bào)送的進(jìn)場(chǎng)工程材料質(zhì)量證明資料和報(bào)審表，如為成品鋼樁，應(yīng)符合成品樁的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)表的規(guī)定
