一、施工前控制要點
1、 審核承包單位的技術資質證明文件、專業(yè)人員的資格證上崗證。
2、 審核承包單位的施工方案和施工組織設計。
3、 審核施工測量成果報驗表、復查樁位、控制標高等。
4、 檢查進入現場的成品樁,接樁用電焊條等產品質量及出廠技術質量合格證書、品種、類型、規(guī)格(樁徑、管壁厚、樁長強度、質量(外觀應符合設計要求和國家現行標準《先張法預應力砼管樁》GB13476-92的規(guī)定及驗收規(guī)范的規(guī)定。
5、 審查打樁設備的技術性能資料是否滿足工程實際的需要。如選擇柴油打樁錘,應考慮如下問題:
(1) 要保證單樁承載力能達到設計要求(國內經驗,每個型號的柴油錘,其最大成樁能力(單樁極限承載力,約為100倍的型號數(KN),如D45型,最多可打極限承載力4500Kpa)。
(2) 要考慮樁的入土深度即樁的自重大小(憑經驗按錘重與樁重的比例,對一般土質取0.5,若軟土較厚可取 0.4)。
(3) 要根據土質、巖性和布樁狀況來選擇錘型,每根樁的總擊數宜在1500擊以內。
(4) 要保證沖擊壓應力不超過樁身砼極限強度的50%。
