管溝防水為地下一級防水。由于管溝長期處于地下浸水環境中，故防水工程所用的材料為JS II型復合防水涂料，其是高分子材料以聚合物乳液和水泥為主要原料，加以各種添加劑制成的雙組份水性建筑防水涂料。此次管溝的防水作業設計僅適用于南北向管溝及東西向約40m長管溝的防水工程。防水涂料作用范圍為管溝頂板、側墻和部分底板側壁的迎水面，即在迎水面涂刷一層厚度為1.5mm的JS II型復合防水涂料。
