【評語】本方案的工程概況和防水要求介紹的非常清楚，
防水卷材和混凝土剛性防水的施工方法編寫的比較清晰、詳細，
對材料質量控制要求明確，細部作法有圖示。
不足之處是缺少環保和進度安排方面的措施，安全措施針
對性較差，質量控制措施不夠全面，應更好的按照《地下防水
工程質量驗收規范》 （GB50208-2002）的要求編寫。另外，在
文字安排上，應將混凝土剛性防水施工部分放到卷材防水的后
面，質量安全措施放在最后。
本方案對地下防水工程施工具有一定的參考價值。
