        1.1工程簡介
        本標段污水處理工程,系xxx污水處理廠的二期(招)投標工程,和前期施工的大部分主體工程是同一建設項目,地處xx市祭城鄉,由xx市工程設計院設計,設計規模為日處理污水40萬噸。屬國務院淮河治理重點工程,也是省、市重點工程。該工程的建成,對改善xx市的投資環境,治理淮河流域的環境污染都具有十分重要的意義。

        1.3本標段工程概況
        本標段共19項土建工程,每個單位工程規模較小,主要工程簡介如下:
        1.3.1進水泵房是一鋼筋砼水池構筑物,規模為3248立方米,是整個污水處理廠結構埋深最深的構筑物,其底板墊層底標高為76.41,距地表9米,需進行深井降水。
        底板厚600mm,池壁厚500mm,砼量相對較大,砼采用C25,S6抗滲砼,約976立方米。
        1.3.2曝氣沉砂池是該標段工程量規模最大的構筑物,其建筑規模為11396立方。是一鋼筋砼池槽式構筑物。其砼采用C25,S6抗滲砼
        1.3.3脫水機房是一排架結構的二層廠房。長36.48m,寬12.48m,建筑面積為822平方米;本工程采用獨立柱獨立基礎,預制柱,12米跨雙坡薄腹梁,開間6M,使用6*1.5米標準槽形屋面板。內設有橋式吊車,故柱子設上下雙牛腿,上承吊車梁,下承二層運行層現澆梁板。
