1-1工程概況
工程名稱：XX市XX酒店給排水安裝工程。
建設(shè)單位：XX市XX酒店指揮部
設(shè)計單位：中華人民共和國XX集團XX鋼鐵設(shè)計研究院
工程規(guī)模：空調(diào)建筑總面積為51550平方米，地下室為兩面層，為車庫及設(shè)備用房；一層為商場、賓館大堂及郵電營業(yè)大廳；二層為商場；三～九層為辦公樓；十～十八層為公寓式寫字樓；十九層為技術(shù)設(shè)備層；二十～二十八層為賓館客房。主樓共二十八層，工程設(shè)計年限為50年。在一層門廳南向入口設(shè)有一個“八”字弧形斜坡道，建筑物內(nèi)設(shè)有四臺電梯、一臺貨梯，均為客梯兼消防電梯。

Project Name: XX City, XX hotel for drainage installation.
Owner: XX XX City Hotel Headquarters
Design: The People's Republic of China Iron and Steel Design Institute XX XX Group
Size of the project: air conditioning area of 51,550 square meters of total building, basement level for the sides, for the garage and equipment room; layer as shopping malls, hotel lobbies and business hall of Posts and Telecommunications; second floor of the mall; 3 ~ storey for the office; 10 ~ 18 floor apartment office; 19 level for the technical equipment level; 20 ~ 20 for the eight-story hotel room. A total of 20 eight-story main building, engineering design life of 50 years. To the south entrance hall on the first floor has an "eight" the word curved ramps, the building is equipped with four elevators, one freight elevator, elevators are elevators and fire.
