水平衡測試實施方案
  根據濟水資字[2003]18號《關于開展城市供水企業水平衡測試工作的通知》的文件精神，工作內容及其具體要求，特制定次方案。
1、 用水設備、供水管道修繕工作。
     對各供水設備進行檢修，以確保各個用水設備在測試階段能正常工作，保證測試數據的準確性；供水管道沒有維修的，應抓緊維修，在確定的各測試單元范圍內，不應存在斷水的工程情況，此兩項工作時間應控制在7月15日完成。
2、 各用水部門裝表計量
     裝表計量是水平衡測試的第一步，是水平衡
