 1．  施工準備
    1.1  認真熟悉施工圖紙和設計要求，按照施工規定和技術要求做好各項準備工作。
    1.2  作好進場材料的準備和檢查。
    1.2.1 衛生器具要全部檢查，應有出廠合格證及安裝技術說明。
    1.2.2 衛生器具的型號、規格、色澤應符合設計；外觀檢查應：成型端正，表面光滑，無裂紋和破損，色調一致，邊緣平滑。
    1.2.3 衛生器具的配件應與器具配套，質量可靠，外表檢查應：表面光滑，鍍層均勻、完整，螺紋清晰，間隙適當，無砂眼、裂紋。
    1.3   安裝條件
    1.3.1 供水管道和排水管道應合乎要求。
    1.3.2 配合土建施工預埋件的埋設位置正確。
    1.3.3 除浴缸，蹲便器配合土建施工外，其它器具應在室內裝修基本完成后進行。
  2．  操作工藝要點
    2.1  安裝要求
    2.1.1 衛生器具安裝,宜用預埋螺栓、膨脹螺栓固定
