室內塑料排水管道安裝技術交底-北京建工集團.doc

  1  范圍：本工藝標準適用于民用及一般工業建筑室內生活排水、雨水及有酸堿性的排水管道安裝工程。
    2  施工準備
    2.1  材料要求：
    2.1.1  管材為硬質聚氯乙烯（UPVC）。所用粘接劑應是同一廠家配套產品，應與衛生潔具連接相適宜，并有產品合格證及說明書。
    2.1.2  管材內外表層應光滑，無氣泡、裂紋，管壁薄厚均勻，色澤一致。直管段撓度不大于l%。管件造型應規矩、光滑，無毛刺。承口應有梢度，并與插口配套。
    2.1.3  其它材料：粘接劑、型鋼、圓鋼、卡件、螺栓、螺母、肥皂等。
    2.2  主要機具：
    2.2.1  手電鉆、沖擊鉆、手鋸、銑口器、鋼刮板、活扳手、手錘、水平尺、套絲板、毛刷、棉布、線墜等。
    2.3  作業條件：
    2.3.1  埋設管道，應措好槽溝，槽溝要平直，必須有坡度，溝底夯實。
    2.3.2  暗裝管道（包括設備層、豎井、吊頂內的管道）首先應核對各

    2 construction preparation
