1 前言
PVC 電線配管在安裝施工中逐漸成為主要材料,這類材料具有輕質、絕緣性能好、施工簡便的優點,又是建筑業重點推廣的十項新技術之一,因此,頗受設計施工人員的青睞。但由于在暗敷施工中尚存在一些質量問題,直接影響到工程質量和PVC 管的推廣應用。在當前消除質量通病活動中有必要作為一項內容采取必要的技術措施徹底予以消除。
2 常見質量通病
(1) 材質差、管壁厚度不能滿足標準要求;
(2) 接頭不使膠或插接不牢,承接長度不足;
(3) 多管平行暗敷時排列不整齊,配置保護層厚度不符合標準要求;
(4) 進箱、盤、盒處管距狹窄、位置不正確不順直、長短不齊;
(5) 箱、盤、盒內配管不加護帽、鎖母;
(6) 塑料管彎折扁曲變形影響穿線;
(7) 箱盒、燈位處PVC 配管不到位;
(8) 配管周圍無合理間隙或固定點少,個別配管無固定點,造成抹灰面空鼓。
3 產生原因及消除措施
