電氣安全管理規程.doc

　第一章 總  則

　　第一條 為加強電氣安全管理工作，防止發生觸電事故， 確保職工在生產過程中
的安全，特制定本規程。
　　第二條 本規程適用于機械工業企業、事業單位的變配電系統及電氣設備、 儀器
的設計、制造、安裝、試驗、使用、維修與管理。
　　第三條  變配電系統及電氣設備的帶電作業和高空作業均應按原第一機械工業部
《危險作業審批制度》的規定執行。
　　第四條 企業要在廠長、總工程師領導下，指定有關業務部門主管電氣安全工作、
保證電氣安全。
　　第五條 一切從事電氣工作的人員必須遵守本規程。凡違反本規程而造成事故者，
要根據情節輕重，分別給予批評教育，行政處分，經濟制裁等，直至追究法律責任。
　　第六條 所有從事電氣設備安裝、運行、試驗、 維護檢修等工作的人員必須身體
健康。凡有視覺（雙目視力校正后在０．８以下、色盲）、聽覺障礙，高、低血壓病，
心臟病，癔病，癲癇病，神經官能癥，精神分裂癥，嚴重口吃者不能從事電氣工作。
　　第七條 各項電氣管理制度、操作規程必須齊全。變配電所（站室）、電氣設備、
線路的安裝、驗收、運行、檢修資料檔案應完整準確。
