防雷與接地工程施工方案.doc

一、施工準備
（一）作業條件
1、 接地體安裝：
（1） 人工接地體：設計位置的場地沒被占用，且已經清理好。
（2） 利用底板鋼盤或深基礎做接地體：底板盤與柱筋連接處已綁扎完。
2、 接地干線安裝：
（1） 支架安裝完畢。
（2） 土建抹灰已完成。
（3） 穿墻保護管已預埋。
3、 支架安裝：
（1） 各種支架已運到現場。
（2） 結構工作已經完成。
（3） 室外必須有腳手架或爬梯。
4、 防雷引下線暗敷設：
（1） 建筑物有有腳手架或爬梯，達到能上人操作的條件。
（2） 利用主筋作引下線時，鋼筋綁扎完畢。
5、 避雷引下線明敷設
（1） 支架安裝完畢。
（2） 建筑物有腳手架或爬梯，達到能上人操作的條件。
（3） 土建外裝修完畢。
6、 避雷網安裝：
（1） 支架安裝完畢。
（2） 具備調直場地和垂直運輸條件。
（3） 接地體與引下線必須做完。
7、 避雷針安裝：
（1） 接地體及引下線必須安裝完畢。
（2） 需要腳手架處，腳手架搭設完畢。
（3） 土建結構工程已完成，并隨結構施工做完預埋件。
（二）材料要求
1、 防雷及接地裝置所有部件均應采用鍍鋅材料，并有出廠合格證和鍍鋅質量證明書。在施工過程
中應注意保護鍍鋅層。其主要鍍鋅材料有：扁鋼、角鋼、圓鋼、鋼管、鉛絲、螺栓、墊圈、彈
簧墊圈、U 形螺栓、元寶螺栓、支架等。
2、 電焊條、氧氣、乙炔、瀝青油、混凝土支座、預埋鐵件、小線、防腐油

6, lightning network installation:
(1) bracket installed.
(2) sites with straightening and vertical transportation.
(3) The grounding must be done with the deflectors.
7, lightning rod installation:
(1) grounding and lightning deflectors to be installed.

(3) civil structural engineering has been completed, and construction done with the structure embedded parts.
(B) material requirements
