現澆頂板內管路敷設工程技術交底-建筑安裝.doc

一、 施工準備
（一） 現澆頂板內PVC管施工準備
1、 作業條件
（1） 土建完成頂板、梁支模；
（2） 梁鋼筋綁扎完畢；
（3） 現澆板底層鋼筋綁扎完畢,上層鋼筋綁扎前。
2、 材料要求
（1） PVC管的材質必須合格,氧指數≥27%,設計有特殊要求時必須符合設計要求。進場材料必須有出廠合格證,以及有效的氧指數檢測報告；
（2） 外觀檢查管材內外壁光滑,無凸梭凹陷、氣泡等缺陷；
（3） 用卡尺測量內外徑必須符合國家標準,管壁厚度均勻一致；
（4） 各種附件如燈頭盒、開關插座盒、管接頭、盒接頭、粘合劑等必須使用配套的阻燃制品,同時應有出廠合格證、“CCC”認證標志和認證證書復印件。
3、 主要機具
鉛筆、鋼卷尺、手錘、鏨子、鋼鋸、鋸條、半圓銼、彎管彈簧、剪管器、熱風機、電爐子、工具袋、電工常用工具等。
（二） 現澆頂板內焊接鋼管施工準備
1、 作業條件
（1） 土建完成頂板、梁支模；
（2） 梁鋼筋綁扎完畢；
（3） 現澆板底層鋼筋綁扎完畢,上層鋼筋綁扎前。
2、 材料要求
（1） 鋼管的材質必須合格,有出廠合格證,設計有特殊要求時還必須符合設計要求；
（2） 外觀檢查鋼管壁厚均勻、焊縫均勻,無劈裂、毛刺砂眼、棱刺和凹扁等缺陷；
（3） 鎖緊螺母外形完好、絲扣清晰,無翹曲、變形等缺陷；
鐵制燈頭盒、開關盒等的金屬板厚度必須符合國

(4) a variety of accessories such as lamp boxes, switch socket boxes, pipe joints, box joints, adhesives, etc. must use flame-retardant products supporting the same time, the factory proper certificate, "CCC" certification mark and the certificate copy.
3, the main equipment
Pencils, steel tape measure, hand hammer, chisel, hacksaw, saw blade, semi-circular file, pipe springs, tube cutting devices, hot air, electric stove, tool bags, electricians commonly used tools.

2, material requirements
