一、 施工準備
（一） 預制樓板內半硬質PE阻燃管施工準備
1、 作業條件
（1） 土建預制樓板調整到位；
（2） 現澆板帶模板支吊完成,鋼筋綁扎完畢；
（3） 如果有部分現澆板,底層鋼筋綁扎完畢,上層鋼筋綁扎前。
2、 材料要求
（1） PE阻燃管的材質必須合格,有出廠合格證,符合設計要求；
（2） 外觀檢查,管材內外壁光滑,無凸棱凹陷、氣泡等缺陷；
（3） 用卡尺測量內外徑必須符合國家標準,管壁厚度均勻一致；
（4） 各種附件如燈頭盒、開關插座盒、管接頭、盒接頭、粘合劑等必須使用配套的阻燃制品。
3、 主要機具
鉛筆、鋼卷尺、手錘、鏨子、鋼鋸、鋸條、半圓銼、工具袋、電工常用工具等。
（二） 預制樓板內PVC管施工準備
1、 作業條件
（1） 土建預制樓板調整到位；
（2） 現澆板帶模板支吊完成,鋼筋綁扎完畢；如果有部分現澆板,底層鋼筋綁扎完畢,上層鋼筋綁扎前。
2、 材料要求
（1） PVC管的材質必須合格,氧指數≥27%,設計有特殊要求時必須符合設計要求。進場材料必須有產品合格證,以及有效的氧指數檢測報告；
（2） 外觀檢查,管材內外壁光滑,無凸棱凹陷、氣泡等缺陷；
（3） 用卡尺測量內外徑必須符合國家標準,管壁厚度均勻一致；
各種附件如燈頭盒、開關插座盒、管接頭、盒接頭、粘合劑等必須使用配套的阻燃制品,同時應有出廠合格證、“CCC”認證標志和認證證
First, construction preparation
(A) of the prefabricated floor fire in semi-hard PE Pipe preparation

2, material requirements
(1) PE pipe material must be flame retardant qualified, with a factory certificate, meet the design requirements;
(2) inspection of the exterior wall of tubes inside and outside the smooth, non-convex edge dents, bubbles and other defects;
(3) in diameter with a caliper must meet national standards, uniform wall thickness;
(4) a variety of accessories such as lamp boxes, switch socket boxes, pipe joints, box joints, adhesives and other products to use flame-retardant package.
3, the main equipment
Pencils, steel tape measure, hand hammer, chisel, hacksaw, saw blade, semi-circular file, tool bags, electricians commonly used tools.
(B) of the prefabricated floor construction within the PVC pipe to prepare
1, operating conditions
(1) Civil engineering precast floor adjustments in place;
(2) Place the template for suspending the strip to complete, finished steel banding; if some cast plate, the bottom steel banding is completed, before lashing the upper bar.
2, material requirements
(1) PVC pipe material must be qualified, the oxygen index of ≥ 27%, there are special requirements must meet the design requirements. Admission materials must have a product certificate, and an effective oxygen index test reports;
(2) inspection of the exterior wall of tubes inside and outside the smooth, non-convex edge dents, bubbles and other defects;
(3) in diameter with a caliper must meet national standards, uniform wall thickness;
Accessories such as lamp boxes, switch socket boxes, fittings, box joints, adhesives, etc. must use flame-retardant products supporting the same time, the factory proper certificate, "CCC" certification mark and certification card
