  1  范圍
    本工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于一般民用建筑電氣配電板及戶表板的安裝工程。

    2  施工準(zhǔn)備
    2.1  材料要求：
    2.1.1  塑料表板：其規(guī)格應(yīng)為300mm×250mm×30mm，并具有一定強(qiáng)度，斷合閘時(shí)不顫動(dòng)，板厚一般不應(yīng)小于8mm（有肋成型的合格產(chǎn)品除外），不得刷油漆。并有產(chǎn)品合格證。
    2.1.2  木制表板：不應(yīng)有劈裂、變形現(xiàn)象，油漆均勻，絕緣嘴齊全并牢固，其板厚不應(yīng)小于15mm。
    2.1.3  瓷閘盒或瓷插保險(xiǎn)：瓷件不得有破損、裂痕，銅件固定牢固，動(dòng)靜刀口接觸良好。帶電部位不得明露，應(yīng)采用絕緣物封填嚴(yán)實(shí)，并有產(chǎn)品合格證。
    2.1.4  熔絲：熔絲的規(guī)格應(yīng)符合本支路負(fù)荷的容量要求，一般選擇不得大于本支路負(fù)荷的1.5倍。
    2.1.5  漏電開(kāi)關(guān)：規(guī)格、型號(hào)及基本參數(shù)應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求，并有產(chǎn)品合格證。
    2.1.6  絕緣導(dǎo)線：導(dǎo)線的規(guī)格、型號(hào)必須符合設(shè)計(jì)要求，并有產(chǎn)品合格證
1 Scope
    This technology is applicable to general civil and household electrical power distribution board table board installation.

    2 construction preparation
    2.1 Material Requirements:
    2.1.1 Plastic Table board: its size should be 300mm × 250mm × 30mm, and have some strength, closing off without vibration, the thickness should not normally be less than 8mm (ribs forming the qualified products excluded), not paint . And a product certification.
    2.1.2 wooden table board: should not be splitting, warping, paint evenly, insulation mouth full and firm, its thickness not less than 15mm.
    2.1.3 porcelain or ceramic insert security gate box: ceramic pieces may have broken, cracked, copper fixation, static blade contact. Exposed live parts shall not be specified, should be filled with insulation the tightly sealed and have a product certificate.
    2.1.4 Fuse: Fuse specifications should conform to the slip load capacity requirements, generally choose not more than 1.5 times the load of the slip.
    2.1.5 Leakage Switch: Specifications, models and basic parameters should be consistent with design requirements, and have a product certificate.
    2.1.6 Insulated wire: wire size, type must meet the design requirements, and have a product certificate
