配電箱安裝施工要點

（1）設備要求
1）柜（盤）本體外觀檢查應無損傷及變形，油漆完整無損。柜（盤）內部檢查：電器裝置及元件、絕緣瓷件齊全，無損傷、裂紋等缺陷。
2）安裝前應核對配電箱編號是否與安裝位置相符，按設計圖紙檢查其箱號、箱內回路號。箱門接地應采用軟銅編織線，專用接線端子。箱內接線應整齊，滿足設計要求及驗收規范（GB50303-2002）的規定。
（2）作業條件
配電箱安裝場所土建應具備內粉刷完成、門窗已裝好的基本條件。預埋管道及預埋件均應清理好；場地具備運輸條件，保持道路平整暢通。
（3）配電箱定位：根據設計要求現場確定配電箱位置以及現場實際設備安裝情況，按照箱的外形尺寸進行彈線定位。
（4）基礎型鋼安裝
1）按圖紙要求預制加工基礎型鋼架，并做好防腐處理，按施工圖紙所標位置，將預制好的基礎型鋼架放在預留鐵件上，找平、找正后將基礎型鋼架、預埋鐵

Distribution box installation sites within the civil engineering should have completed painting, doors and windows have been installed good basic conditions. Embedded pipe and embedded parts shall be cleared; site with transportation to keep the flow smooth.
(3) distribution box Location: According to the design field position and field distribution box to determine the actual installation conditions, according to box dimensions for bomb line orientation.
(4) basic steel installation
