塑料線槽配線安裝施工工藝標準

1、范圍
本工藝標準適用于工業和民用建筑干燥室內的電氣照明明配線工程。
2、施工準備
2.1 材料要求
2.1.1 塑料線槽：由槽底、槽蓋及附件組成，它是由難燃型硬聚氯乙烯工程塑料擠壓成型，嚴禁使用非難燃型塑料加工。選用塑料線槽時，應根據設計要求選擇型號、規格相應的定型產品。其敷設場所的環境溫度不得低于-15℃，其氧指數不應低于27%。以上線槽內外應光滑無棱刺，不應有扭曲、翹邊等變形現象。并有產品合格證。
2.1.2 絕緣導線：導線的型號、規格必須符合設計要求，線槽內敷設導線的線芯最小允許截面：銅導線為1.0mm2鋁導線為2.5mm2。
2.1.3 螺旋接線鈕：應根據導線截面和導線根數，選擇相應型號的加強型絕緣鋼殼螺旋接線鈕。

2.1.3 Spiral Connection button: wire cross section and the conductor should be based on root number, select the appropriate type of reinforced steel spiral wire insulation button.
