  1  范圍
    本工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于干燥室內(nèi)的電氣照明明配線工程。
    2  施工準(zhǔn)備
    2.1  材料要求：
    2.1.1  塑料線槽：由槽底、槽蓋及附件組成，它是由難燃型硬聚氯乙烯工程塑料擠壓成型，嚴(yán)禁使用非難燃型材料加工。選用塑料線槽時(shí)，應(yīng)根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求選擇型號(hào)、規(guī)格相應(yīng)的定型產(chǎn)品。其敷設(shè)場(chǎng)所的環(huán)境溫度不得低于-15℃，其氧指數(shù)不應(yīng)低于27%。以上線槽內(nèi)外應(yīng)光滑無(wú)棱刺，不應(yīng)有扭曲、翹邊等變形現(xiàn)象。并有產(chǎn)品合格證。
    2.1.2  絕緣導(dǎo)線：導(dǎo)線的型號(hào)、規(guī)格必須符合設(shè)計(jì)要求，線槽內(nèi)敷設(shè)導(dǎo)線的線芯最小允許截面：銅導(dǎo)線為1.0mm2；鋁導(dǎo)線為2.5mm2。
    2.1.3  螺旋接線鈕：應(yīng)根據(jù)導(dǎo)線截面和導(dǎo)線根數(shù)，選擇相應(yīng)型號(hào)的加強(qiáng)型絕緣鋼殼螺旋接線鈕。
    2.1.4   LC安全型壓線帽請(qǐng)見3.2.1.5有關(guān)內(nèi)容。
1 Scope

    2 construction preparation
    2.1 Material Requirements:

    2.1.2 Insulated wire: wire models, specifications must meet the design requirements, groove laying wire line core within the minimum allowable section: copper wire is 1.0mm2; aluminum wire is 2.5mm2.
    2.1.3 Spiral Connection button: wire cross section and the conductor should be based on root number, select the appropriate type of reinforced steel spiral wire insulation button.
