（一）住宅電氣設備設計標準 DBJ08—20--98規定每戶的電氣設備應符合如下標準：
1．每套住宅進戶處必須設嵌墻式住戶配電箱。住戶配電箱設置電源總開關，該開關能同時切斷相線和中性線，且有斷開標志。每套住宅應設電度表，電度表箱應分層集中嵌墻暗裝設在公共部位。
住戶配電箱內的電源總開關應采用兩極開關，總開關容量選擇不能太大，也不能太小；要避免出現與分開關同時跳閘的現象。
