第一節 土建
1 方格網布設及沉降觀測方案
1.1 方格網布置:
根據廠區總平面布置圖、廠區地下設施布置圖和施工總平面布置圖,確定平面及高程控制樁的布設圖。布設原則遵循從高級到低級、從整體到局部的原則。要求相鄰點通視良好,視線離開障礙物一定距離,并便于擴展和加密。定出主廠房的主軸線,根據這些主軸線建立主廠房軸線控制網。高程控制網分兩級,首先沿廠區方格網點布設二等水準網,作為整個施工場地的高程控制網,然后根據廠區高程控制網布設主房高程控制點。布設時還要考慮新老廠房的連接,并測出#1、#2機廠房相關數據,供施工時加以調整,以保證新老廠房平面和豎向的一致性和連接精度。
1.2 方格網樁位埋設:
樁的形式為400×400現澆鋼筋混凝土樁,樁位埋設深度80cm,樁頂埋設200×200的不銹鋼標志板,上焊φ10不銹鋼半球,樁位埋設完畢后四周用腳手管圍欄加以保護。
1.3 儀器:
方格網采用瑞士雷卡TC—1800(2mm+2ppm,1.5")智能型全站儀(此儀器是我公司唯一擁有目前國內施工單位最先進的儀器)進行測設,測設精度為邊長ms≤s/40000,測角精度mβ≤±⒉5″。高程控制網的測設采用德國FG005A精密水準儀配銦瓦水準尺按二等水準測量規范實施,平差后的
