        1.編制依據及說明
          根據湖北省電力公司城網改造招標工作組《110KV 南湖變電站工程施工招標文件》的要求和部分初步設計圖紙及我公司多年的變電站安裝經驗,
          我們編制了本施工組織總設計,作為 110KV 南湖變電站安裝工程投標文件之一。
        1.1 編制依據
        (1)湖北省電力公司城網改造招標工作組《110KV 南湖變電站工程施工招標文件》
        (2)湖北省荊州電力勘測設計院初步設計圖紙
        (3)湖北省荊州電力勘測設計院初步設計總說明書和材料清冊
        (4)建筑工業部頒布的現行工程建設施工標準、規程、規范和驗評標準
        (5)原電力工業部《施工組織設計導則》
        (6)原電力工業部《電力建設施工及驗收技術規范》(電氣篇)
        (7)原電力工業部《火電施工質量檢驗及評定標準》(電氣篇)

        1.2 編制說明
        (1)本安裝施工組織總設計是依據上述現有資料和我公司建設同類型變電
          站的經驗編制的,如有與本工程實際情況不一致的地方,我們將隨時對
          施工組織總設計進行修改和補充,以達到切實指導施工的目的。
        (2)本安裝施工組織總設計作為 110KV 南湖變電站工程投標文件之一,與我公司編制的其它文件一起組成完整的投標文件。
        2.工程概況與工作量
        2.1 工程概況
        (1)110KV 南湖變電站位于荊州市沙市區南湖路西側,變電所總占地面積1830 平方米,建筑面積 1329 平方米。變壓器室層高 12.5M,110KV 配電室層高 11M,總建筑高度 16.6M。結構采用框架結構,地震設防烈度為六度。
        (2)本變電所 110KV 采用外橋接線,110KV 出線 4 回,本期完成 3 回,兩回110KV 線路保護均采用微機保護,10KV 出線規模終期 20 回,本期 12 回,主變壓器容量終期 2*40MW,本期 40MW。另有西區變間隔擴建出線間隔一個。
        (3)本工程主變壓器為 SFZ-40000/110KV 國產節能型三相雙卷有載調壓變壓器;110KV 母線斷路器采用 LW6-126C/3150 型手車式六氟化硫斷路器;10KV 母線主變進線和分斷斷路器為 VS1-10/3150A 真空手車開關;出線斷路器為 VS1-10/630A 真空手車開關。
        2.2 工程量

        2. Engineering in workload
        2.1 Project Overview
        (1) 110KV substation is located in Jingzhou City, South Lake South Lake Road, Shashi District, west of substation covers an area of 1830 square meters, construction area of 1329 square meters. Transformer room storey 12.5M, 110KV power distribution room storey 11M, total building height of 16.6M. Structure using frame structure, seismic fortification intensity degrees.
