上海吳涇熱電廠八期2X600MW工程施工組織總設計.doc

一、概述
上海吳涇熱電廠八期工程建設是為適應國家“九五”規劃，配合上海經濟發展速度的上
海市重大基礎設施工程，建設規模按4×600MW 燃煤發電機組規劃，本期建設兩臺國產亞
臨引進型燃煤機組。國家計委于1994 年9 月28 日批準工程項目建議書，1997 年12 月30
日批復可行性研究報告，1998 年10 月14 日被批準為新開工項目。
上級要求第一臺機組計劃工期42 個月投產，第二臺機組間隔11 個月投產。
吳涇熱電廠八期工程的建設，不僅能緩解上海地區缺電狀況，也標志著上海大型電站的
設計、制造、安裝、調試步上了一個新的臺階。該工程的參建單位如下：

主體施工總承包單位： 上海電力建設有限責任公司（原上海電力建設工程承包總公司、
上海電力建設局）
主體建筑施工單位： 上海電力建筑工程公司
主體安裝施工單位： 上海電力安裝第二工程公司
調試單位： 上海電力建設啟動調整試驗所
